1. Precise Contour Cutting, Perfect Product Replication: The die-cutting mold, with its customized blade contour design, precisely matches the shape of the pulp molded product (such as round, square, irregular shapes, and those with cutouts/buckles/folded edges). There is no offset or misalignment during the cutting process, perfectly replicating the product design details and eliminating problems such as burrs, gaps, and contour deformation after cutting. Whether it's regular lunch boxes and trays, or complex electronic packaging liners and irregularly shaped medical consumables, standardized cutting can be achieved through the die-cutting mold, ensuring that every finished product has a consistent shape.

2. Efficient Edge Trimming, Enhancing Product Appearance and Texture: Excess pulp material may remain during the molding stage of pulp molded products. The die-cutting mold's blade can remove this excess material in one go, simultaneously smoothing the product edges and eliminating burrs, rough edges, and jagged defects caused by molding. The cut product has smooth, flat edges and clean lines, eliminating the need for secondary manual polishing, directly improving the overall refinement of the product and meeting the appearance requirements of high-end packaging (such as branded gifts, food tableware).
